At Home Workouts (No Equipment Needed)

These are certainly trying times. Every day there has been new information regarding the Coronavirus. Three weeks ago it was all speculation, then cases hit the US, but the guidance was to simply be careful, wash your hands, and stay home if you don’t feel well. Next, my school had an action plan set in place in the event that school closures and distance learning plans were needed. I thought to myself: “At least I can still go to the gym…” Not so much!

With all of that being said, I have been making due and keeping positive, working out with the limited gym equipment I have at home. For others, I want to provide workouts that address limited equipment, or even more likely, NO EQUIPMENT!

These workouts are designed to be approximately 30 minutes, and allow you to get your workout in regardless of circumstance.

Perform each exercise for 30 second to 1 minute. Your rest should be adapted to your physical fitness levels and perceived levels of exertion. Video tutorials provided if needed!
